The Pension Service is part of the Department for Work & Pensions. This is a useful website for finding out more about the State Pension and Pension Credit. You can also find out more about the pensions tracing service, which may help you find old pension benefits.

Financial Services Authority (FSA)

The FSA regulates the financial services industry in the UK. This money made clear section of their website contains basic information about pensions, and other financial products.

The Pensions Advisory Service (TPAS)

TPAS is an independent non-profit organisation that provides free information, advice and guidance on all types of pensions. The website is a very useful starting point if you want to find out more about pensions. TPAS also offer a dispute resolution service, if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint through our Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure (IDRP).

The Pensions Ombudsman

The Pensions Ombudsman investigates complaints about how pension schemes are run. The website explains more about what types of matters the Pensions Ombudsman can investigate, and how the process works.

Citizen's Advice Bureau (CAB)

Age Concern

On 1 April 2009 the four national Age Concerns in England‚ Scotland‚ Wales and Northern Ireland joined with Help the Aged to create four new national charities dedicated to improving the lives of older people.
